When Anne Owen decided to help a painfully thin Lurcher who arrived on her Doorstep in 1978, little did she realise it was the beginning of North Clwyd Animal Rescue. We now care for in excess of 1000 animals each year and this number is ever growing. The Centre acts as a rehabilitation unit and a temporary home for mainly dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs.

Christmas Open Day
Sunday, 7th December - 11am - 4pm
Come & join in the festive spirit!!
Christmas stalls, festive games, Santa's Grotto
Come and visit the animals and give them a Christmas treat
in their stockings
Festive Refreshments including mince pies & mulled wine!
Winter Bonfire from 2.30pm with Mulled wine and Jacket potatoes

- Halloween Ball & Auction of Promises -
The halloween ball was a great success, many people came along to support the rescue and also have a fantastic evening. nearly everyone came in fancy dress which really made the event even more special!
There was a great atmosphere and everyone seems to have a great night, thanks to everyone who donated prizes for the auction & raffle &
The Holiday Inn for their great venue!
Thanks to Village Vets, Bank of America & all our supporter who supported us on the night, and helped us to raise an amazing £6,500.
We are hoping to have another Ball next year, so we hope to see you all there!

Fundraising Team
Are you young, ambitious & want to help a local charity?
If yes we need you!
We are looking for volunteers (aged 15 upwards) who are able to think of fresh fundraising ideas to help this fantastic charity raise much needed funds.
You will be part of a team, who will meet up every month for an informal chat to suggest new exciting ideas of how to fundraise.
We will be branching out to the younger audience within schools soon,
So keep your eyes peeled!
