Adoption Fee
We do have an adoption fee for cats which is £40 and kittens are £60 up to 12 months
The adoption fee includes:-
-
Vaccinations
-
Neutering / Spaying
-
Microchipping
-
Worming
On reserving an animal we will need a deposit of £10 per cat
We always do a homecheck on every cat / kitten, which is adopted from the rescue, We need to make sure the garden is secure, and the home is suitable for a cat, and that you don't live next to a busy main road, where the cat may be injured.
The adoption process shouldn't take much more than a week to be completed, homecheck included, (this may vary by location).

Kittens
Kitten season is here again and there are always lots of kittens at NCAR!
The process for adopting a kitten differs slightly from the older cats.
We take your details and carry out a kitten home check which includes completing a kitten enquiry form with you. If your home check is successful you will be invited in to view a selection of kittens when they are a suitable age for rehoming.

Beauty
Hi my names Beauty, I am quite young, around 1 and a half years old. I am a female domestic shorthair with a shiny black coat. I was brought to the rescue as my previous owners could no longer look after me. I can be very affectionate, however I can also be a little naughty at times so would prefer to live in a house with no children or other pets and owners who have had cats before.

Hi my name is Buttons, I am a domestic shorthair tabbi. I am a little shy at first so would prefer to live without young children. I can be affectionate when I get to know you. I am only about a year old.

Flo & Meg
Hi our names are Flo & Meg, we are a lovely pair of old girls. (Flo is more white and Meg is more tabbi). We were signed over to the rescue as our previous owners were unable to care for us anymore. We are both very friendly and would be happy in a family environment or a quieter home where we could spend the rest of our days. Please don't pass us by because we are older.

Hello, my names George, I am a male Black with a little white domestic shorthair. I am very friendly and love affection. I was brought to the centre through no fault of my own. I am a lovely cat looking for a home where I will be well cared for. I am approximately 5 years old in human years!

Lilly
This stunning lady is 14 years old and is with us due to the ill health of her previous owner. She is seeking a loving forever home where she can relax! She is very lively for her age and loves to roam around the cattery, or to lay in the sun in the outdoor pens. She has a very unique look almost as if wearing her own little 'bat mask'!

Lillie
This little girl came to us heavily pregnant and is with her kittens for a good few weeks yet, she will then require a loving home of her own. She is only a year old and had a difficult labour after months of living on the streets. Lillie has not had the best start in life but is still very friendly and loving.

Millie
Another stunning girl with great colours and unique markings. Millie is 4 years old and came to us along with 4 other cats due to a new baby having allergies. She can be timid at times and is better suited to a quiet home where she can roam around unbothered. She does not mind being stroked but will let you know when she has had enough!

Pickle
This young lady came to Ncar with her 2 children, they have since been rehomed but Pickle is still waiting her new home. She is a 2 year old tortie with lovley big eyes!

Lottie
A very pretty tortie girl who does not mind a little stroke or fuss but also like her own company. She would be great in a home where she can potter around as she pleases.

Muffin
This girl is stunning and requires a special home with an experienced cat owner. Muffin can be naughty and will sometimes scratch so will not be suitable in a home with children. She will be suited to a quiet home where she can get used to her new owners gradually. I am certain once you gain her trust she will blossom. She is white torti shell and 9 years old
Muffin in currently on foster and is doing well, if you are interested in viewing her this can be done at her foster home.

Puss
This lovely young lady came to us due to a relationship breakdown. Again she is very loving and likes attention. She will not be ready for a few weeks yet as she is nursing her kittens but can be reserved. Puss is 3 years old and is all black.

Willow and Holly
Two inseparable sisters who love each others company, they are both identical and quite shy. They dont mid being lifted up or stroked once they get to know you. They are both very gentle and would be best suited to a quiet home. They are 2 years old and.
