Fundraising Events

At NCAR we have many fundraising events throughout the year to help raise awareness and funds for our animals.

many people don't relise that you can volunteer at these events by helping to organise, set up and running the event on the day.

All our fundraising events take a lot of time and effort to organise, and your help iwould always be valued.

At NCAR we do have a fundraiser (Nicky Owen) who takes control of planning and making sure that the event runs smoothly on the day.

But there are many areas that NCAR needs your help with, so if you can answer yes to any of the following we need your help:

Setting up a few days before open days, dogs shows etc.

Helping to get prizes for raffles and tombolas

Sending off letters to companies - requesting auction prizes

Helping on the stalls on the day

Help to clean buildings & windows before an event

Help with decorating the venue

Putting poster up in your local area and handing out flyers before the event
