With 6 charity shops, we are always in need of good quality items. These can range from clothes to household goods to electrical goods. As we have a trained PAT tester on site, we are able to check electrical items before going on sale in our shops.
We also need items for our open days. We have a number of stalls at each open day including raffles, tombolas and cake stalls. We are always looking for nice items that would tempt people to the stalls and raise even more money for North Clwyd Animal Rescue. Each year, we have a number of events that involve an auction. We are always trying to get high value items that we can auction off on the night. These can range from days out at activity centres, meals or nights in a hotel, to hot air balloon rides. If you would like to dontate a high-value auction prize, please contact Nicky Owen at the rescue.
As you can imagine, running a large rescue is a hard struggle and there is always an area of the rescue that needs improving or fixing. We always need skilled people who can help in areas of development. We have recently moved into a new reception and built a new stray block. These two areas have really helped develop the rescue and make it more professional. These areas couldn't have been developed without the kind support of people giving up their time to help.
